CONDITIONS OF SALE


  1.  Definitions Definitions
    1. Company: Refers to RE TECH.
    2. Client: Any natural or legal person who engages with the Company to purchase services or products.
    3. Services: All software solutions, design, technical consultancy, and technical support provided by the Company.
  2.  Scope of Services
    1. RE TECH provides software services in accordance with the technical and financial proposals agreed with the Client.
    2. The Company reserves the right to modify or update the services in line with technological developments and project needs, with prior notice to the Client.
    3. The Company is not responsible for any services not agreed upon in writing.
  3.  Pricing and Payment
    1. All prices are specified in the quotation or the contract signed with the Client.
    2. Invoices are payable within 15 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    3. In case of late payment, the Company has the right to suspend or stop providing services until the outstanding amount is received.
  4.  Intellectual Property Rights
    1. All software, codes, designs, and documents resulting from the work remain the property of RE TECH unless ownership transfer is agreed in writing.
    2. Copying, modifying, or reselling any product or service without the Company’s written permission is strictly prohibited.
  5.  Confidentiality and Data Protection
    1. The Company commits to keeping all client-provided information and data confidential and will not share them with any third party except with written consent or as required by law.
    2. The Company applies cybersecurity standards to protect data.
  6.  Delivery and Commitments
    1. Delivery dates are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond the Company’s control (such as technical failures or force majeure).
    2. The Company is not liable for any indirect damages or loss of data resulting from the use or inability to use the product or service.
  7.  Support and Maintenance
    1. The Company provides technical support services as per the terms specified in the contract or agreement.
    2. Support services may be subject to additional charges if they are outside the agreed scope.
  8.  Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
    1. All agreements and contracts are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
    2. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably, and if not possible, it shall be referred to the competent courts in Amman – Jordan.
  9.  Amendments to Terms and Conditions
    1. RE TECH reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and clients will be notified of the changes before they take effect.
